Tyreek or DJM/1.09/2.01
Picked up an orphan as a significant rebuild. League is a 12-team SF. Is this enough for Tyreek, or would you need more?

RB: Taylor, Etienne, Gibbs, Charbonnet, Hines, Hubbard, Warren, Hasty, Trayvon Williams

I’m still high on DJM.. so I actually think this is pretty good value in SF for a rebuild.
Depending on how your team looks, I’d personally be really tempted to pull the trigger.

Being in a rebuild it'd be tempting, tyreek is nesringnthe age cliff and the fact that he relies on speed even more then most. I like DJM. Is 1.09 his highest pick? If not maybe see if he'd go with a higher 1st and lower 2nd or the 1.09 and a future 1st?

I would hold Hill here even in a rebuild. The picks need to be earlier to make this a great deal. Hill has arguably the highest ceiling for a non QB in dynasty.
