Trade Before vs. After (w/ poll) (EDITED with 3rd option)

I asked about a trade in my keep 7 league in a separate thread but I'd like to look at it another way and hopefully that will help me get more opinions. I put together what my top 9 players will look like before vs. after this trade.

EDIT:: I added another trade possibility here where I would keep the 1.05 but trade a 2nd for Kareem Hunt (yes this might be possible)

Which roster would you prefer going into the season and then from a long term perspective?

Option 1: Stay As Is
QB1: Joe Burrow
RB1: Najee Harris (1.01)
RB2: Tevin Coleman
WR1: Terry Mclaurin
WR2: DJ Moore
WR3: Courtland Sutton
Flex: Denzel Mims
TE: Kyle Pitts (1.05)
Bench: TY Hilton (or anyone else on my roster below)

Option 2: Trade 1.05 for Package
QB1: Joe Burrow
RB1: Najee Harris (1.01)
RB2: Damien Harris
WR1: Mike Evans
WR3: Terry Mclaurin
WR4: DJ Moore
Flex: Courtland Sutton
TE: TJ Hockenson
Bench: 2.05 (?)

Option 3: Trade 2nd for Hunt
QB1: Joe Burrow
RB1: Najee Harris (1.01)
RB2: Kareem Hunt

I still think your team post trade is better. You would not have Pitts, but your build seems better overall to me.

So it's Coleman, Mims, Pitts, and Hilton versus Damien Harris, Mike Evans, TJ Hockenson, and pick 2.05, at least looking at the differences in your starting lineup? For this season, post-trade. For long-term? Probably pre-trade, but I say that primarily because of the lack of trust in NEs running back shenanigans, and because I am maybe overbuying the Pitts hype. Let's say it's a push long term.

I should clarify, that's not exactly what the trade is. This is a keep 7 league where I'd be trading the 1.05 (who I feel is probably going to be Pitts but might also be ETN, Williams, or Chase) for the package of Harris, Evans, and Hock.
Because it's a keeper league I would be keeping those guys instead of Coleman, Mims, and Hilton.
Either way I'd have the 2.05.

I was just trying to compare the top 9 (7 keepers + 2 picks) on my roster in either scenario.

I'm freaking torn here.

If Pitts were already gone, I'd have no trouble making the trade. If Pitts were still there, I'd be much more leery. That's the most specific I can get... good luck!
