Rookie draft pick 1.6

We are at pick 1.4 in my rookie draft for a league with 6pt passing tds. At this point Etienne, Harris, Smith, Lawrence, Williams are all available. The debate for me is if Harris and Etienne go before my pick as they should. Who would you pick of the remaining three? Obviously if Harris or Etienne falls I'll take them.. Roster is below

Williams solely because your RBS stink after Saquan and you have a great core of WR..

Just seems strange to have Harris still around at the 1.04.

Can you trade up and get Harris?? I like Smith best for overall value but with your roster I might take Williams instead as he fills a bigger need.

Etienne fell to me so I took him. Two picks before me were Harris and Williams.
