Trying to get younger and i'm concerned Adams' value will fall off a cliff.

Am I asking for too much a 1st (even though 2 years out) on top of Jefferson?

Jefferson had a great year but Adams has done it year after year and is a lock for 150 targets + every season.

I haven't offered this yet btw, just trying to gage whether I am sending a low-ball offer, which isn't my intention.

I can see this both ways. Adams has been a top WR for years but is older. He is safer and more established but Jefferson just had the best rookie season ever by a WR and is super young. I can see both sides wanting more but a straight one for one is probably more fair even though Adams has been doing it longer. If you were to get a 1st on top even multiple years out, is a pretty good deal. Adams will be over 30 by than and that usually means a sharp value decline.

Not sending a low ball offer but I doubt you can even get Jefferson straight up for Adams right now.
My anecdotal evidence (in my leagues) seems to show that the market has adjusted (prematurely) to Rodgers leaving Green Bay so Adams value has really dropped.

Perhaps your league is different so sure, send it over and see what happens.

League dependent. I'll probably have Adams on my roster until he retires in my league because once a WR turns 27 they are pretty much worth nothing in this league.

If you can get Jefferson and a 1st take it.

Depending on the owner, this kind of offer can be a real non-starter. If he's shown interest in Adams, then it's OK. But if you're pushing Adams on him and asking for JJ + 1st, it may get you a reject without counter.

Jefferson side. I own Adams and I would sell that him for that quickly. I also own Jefferson somewhere else and dont think I would accept that.

If you are looking to offer that, I doubt it gets accepted. JJ and Adams are pretty close as is. I get that you are wanting to get younger, but I doubt the other owner is willing to add a 1st (albeit a couple years away) to upgrade slightly right now for Adams.

Pick is on the wrong side. Jefferson EASILY. Rodgers isn't playing for the Pack again. Adams is also how many years older? I would bleep eggrolls of joy if I owned Adams and could trade him for Jefferson PLUS a 1st.

I doubt you can get a 1st on top of Jefferson. I wouldn’t make that trade anyway if I owned Jefferson. I like selling WRs a little early before they lose too much value and just sold Adams for Amari/2022 1st/2023 1st and fell ok about it.
