Team based choice at 1.01 - Chase or Harris

I want to get the community view. My team is in sig.

I have CMC & Chubb at RB ... and not a whole pile else.

In my shoes, do you go Harris or Chase. I have my pick in mind already, just interested to see which way the masses lean.

RBs always take priority in my 1QB leagues just due to positional scarcity. I like Chase a lot, but it's just easier to fill the WR position. Give me Harris at 1.01.

I like Chase better, but you have two late 1st rounders to grab some WRs and I think you need an RB. I'd go Harris in your position.

I prefer Chase to Harris, but that roster looks competitive (TE needs an upgrade) so Harris makes a lot of sense here. He'll give you immediate production and you can grab 2 solid WR prospects with your later round 1 picks.

You can find a very good WR prospect at 10 and 11. I doubt you find a RB worth starting that late.

There is no guarantee Harris wil provide immediate production behind that line and Chase isn't a solid prospect, he's the best WR prospect in years. I think anybody that drafts needs over Chase will regret it for a decade.

I'd take Chase. I could pretty easily see Harris toiling away in Pit post-Big Ben with their bad o-line while Chase is a top 5 WR getting fed by Burrow while the Bengals throw 50 times a game.

Thanks everyone! Interesting to see the differences in opinion.

Chase is who I will be taking. I had been leaning towards Harris all along, because of my RB need (the trade to move up to 1.01 gave away Mixon, so I knew I needed something). But ... I realised that ... my overriding strategy has always been BPA in drafts, then trade for needs. And Chase, to my untrained eye, just looks phenomenal.

I really like Harris, he's the type of back I love watching. But I'm delighted to take Chase to be honest.

I was just interested to see how many people would go with Harris due to my team build / the scarcity at RB.

Incidentally, it was mentioned above that my team looks a contender - yeah, it should hopefully make playoffs with a bit of injury luck. But, we have one absolutely monster roster in the league that I fancy to go unbeaten.
