K.Allen and G. Davis for 2.04 and Goff

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Happy to try and help!

This deal really helps your QB situation based on the format but leaves you pretty thin at WR. I think you need Goff if you want any chance at competing in the next couple years even with the 1.02. I think Goff will start for years to come even if he is not a high level NFL QB. Teams could do a lot worse and a starter in SF is still a starter...

With the 1.2 would you then lean RB or move forward with Fields?

Landing spots will help here but I think QB is the way to go.

Was countered with an interesting offer, feel like there is a little missing.

Stafford, Goff, and 2.4

for

Herbert and G. Davis
I can see why the other owner throw this out there, but I would hold Herbert pretty easily here. He has age and less risk on his side versus the package coming back.
