Trade Out of My 1st

Postby StripesOfKC » Mon Apr 19, 2021 1:47 am

Team 1 in Sig

8 Team PPR
2 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 3 FLEX, 1 TE, 1 D, 1 K
2019-20 Champion
QB: Burrow, Stafford, Tannehill
RB: Jonathan Taylor, D'Andre Swift, CEH, Dobbins, Damien Harris, Melvin Gordon, Pollard, Cohen, Tevin Coleman
WR: AJ Brown, McLaurin, Justin Jefferson, Julio, DJ Moore, Allen Robinson, Courtland Sutton, Jerry Jeudy, DJ Chark, Bryan Edwards
TE: Kittle, Hockenson, Gesicki, Trautman
D: Steelers
K: Lutz

2021: 1.6
2022: 3 1sts, 1 2nd, 4 3rds, 2 4ths
2023: 2 1sts, 3 2nds, 2 3rd, 3 4ths
2024: 1 1st, 1 2nd, 1 3rd, 1 4th

Was Offered This for my 6th pick (planned to be used on a QB) and Wondering if it's worth it

Give: 1.6 (late ish first in an 8 teamer)

Get: Matt Ryan+2023 1st (early to mid--this team is old, all in and lacking in draft capital)+2024 2nd

It would help for next year and I kind of think Matt Ryan is a sneaky bet for a resurgence given what Arthur Smith did with Tannehill's efficiency in Tennessee, but I do find that my team has gotten a lot older this offseason as I've shifted my focus to winning in 2021

This would continue with Ryan but I do think I have the pick stash to fill in my roster as these vets start to age out. Still undecided but I am thinking about it more than I imagine most would

I'd keep the pick.

But if you want to trade him, this isn't the deal and also not the time. Right now I think there is a pretty good top 6 of (in no particular order): Harris, Chase, Etienne, Williams, Pitts, Smith.

I think landing spot will increase some value and thus the value of your pick will only increase in value as we get past the NFL Draft and closer to your rookie draft. If you insist on trading out, wait and get better value.

I'd rather have the pick but if the QBs and Chase are gone at 1.06 then maybe ask again. Being an 8 teamer I always like the odds you end up with a top 4 draft pick in 2023 and it's forever far out but obv 2nds have some extra value in an 8 teamer
TEAM 1 - 12 man SF. ppr, TEP 1.65 ppr

11 starters - QB, RB(2) WR(3) TE, SF, Flex(3)

Stroud, Kyler, Bryce Young, Anthony Richardson, Minshew, Trey Lance, Dalton l, Mike White

Breece, Achane, AJ Dillon, Justice Hill, Evan Hull, Chris Rodgriquez

Chase, Lamb, Waddle, Olave, London Drake, Demario Davis, Jake Bobo

Kyle Pitts, Mark Andrews, Kincaid, Schoonmaker

24 picks - 1x2, 3,4,5

Team 2-
12 man SF, .25ppc, .5ppr rbs, 1 ppr wr, 1.5 ppr TE

Joe Burrow, Trevor Lawerence, Jake Haehner, Jake Browning

JT, Kendre Miller,, K Ingram, Ty Chandler, Michael Carter, Kenny Macintosh, Sean Tucker

Puka, Rondale, Mooney, Wan’dale, Terrace Marshall, DPJ, Justyn Ross, Xavier Hutchinson,

Kyle Pitts, Luke Musgrave, Juwan Johnson, Darnell Washington, Jelani Woods, Elijah Higgins

24 - 1st x 3, 2nd x 2, 4th x 3 ,5
