Did I destroy my team?

Just made a trade in team 1 I'm getting roasted in my chats understandably but I just felt my team wasnt up to par with 2 of the stack houses in my league..

Gave Matt Ryan and Keenan Allen
Recieved Minshew and 1.03

My though process is to go Qb Qb and have it set for awhile or possibly chase or maybe a rb that lands in a good spot but most likely QB
Thoughts?

Your team is more than strong enough at WR to handle it

For next year you probably take a hit at QB though--we don't know if Wilson or Fields will be startable as rookies. Maybe try to an older one year rental like a Fitzpatrick for cheap until they prove to be trustworthy starts

But overall the deal is fine

The 1.03 is pretty valuable in SF and so many are down on Ryan. I would not have had the move, but I dont think it kills your team at all especially if Ryan does not bounce back. This could look like a great deal come 2022 or on.

I mean, you only come out on top if both QBs hit imo. If one or both flop you didn't destroy your team but you definitely lost value.

Ryan and allen cant get you herbert, Burrow, or JT, Akers, Swift, or maybe even Jefferson or lamb ....I just didn't think that by this time next year Ryan and Allen wouldn't be able to sniff 1.03..could be wrong just my process on why I did this trade

Ryan’s SF value still carries a bit weight, but I think Allen/Ryan sounds about right for 1.03 in SF honestly. It might be a bit of a stretch value-wise, but realistically I think that’s what it would take.

I feel like you set yourself up better for the future but as others are saying this feels like a pretty lopsided trade (that you lose) from a value standpoint

Should workout fine, may have asked for a 3rd coming back, but wouldn’t have passed if that was a deal breaker
