1.6 + Mixon vs Hill

Postby Slackalacker » Sat Apr 17, 2021 12:44 pm

Team 1 in sig, 10 team SF

Been working on a deal for awhile now and have come to this offer.

Give: 1.6 + Mixon + 2.5
Get: Tyreek Hill + NKeal Harry

If I made this deal I’d plan on turning around Higgins or DJM for a young RB. Does this make sense or should I stand pat?

The value is solid for Hill, but I'm not crazy about the secondary move and would hold your young wr's.

I just would like an extra RB as insurance. I can always hold though and save it for if there’s an injury.

I would hold and revisit once/if an injury hits. Holding Moore and Higgins is a nice place to be.

Would you agree I should make the Mixon deal? Essentially I’d start hill over Mixon weekly which should be a big boost.

My only concern is I could go for an upgrade at QB but this trade would eat up most of my wiggle room to do so unless I can package up with another wr

I do like that deal even with having to move the mid 1st. I think Hill has the highest ceiling in all of fantasy (none QB), so he is a monster piece.

That’s my thought as well. It would be nice to start mt/hill/jj/Godwin without impacting my starting RBs.

Take Tyreek and run. I'm not against acquiring another RB with your WR depth, but no need to force anything in April... Actually with Sanders as RB3, I'd rather acquire a TE. You could also use an upgrade at QB2. You have some names, so maybe one of them emerges. But I wonder what QB Tua + Hurts could pull

I’d take Hill here, but would hold off on moving Higgins or Moore after. I’d make that move if necessary down the line, but would rather keep those guys if possible.
