Sanders++ for Mixon++

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Sanders++ for Mixon++

Postby jwb32 » Fri Apr 16, 2021 1:01 pm

So I picked up a new orphan. 1QB...1ppr. 1QB 2RB 3WR 1TE 2FLEX
Not a top contender but quite competitive. I'm trying to overhaul the roster to make it my own. Right or wrong, it's what I do when I pick up an orphan. Thoughts on the following:

Give: Sanders, Claypool, Edmonds
Get : Mixon, Aiyuk, Mostert

I really like Aiyuk and feel Mostert could be more productive than Edmonds. Other owner has indicated he really values youth so he gets younger at each position.

I prefer Mixon to Sanders and Aiyuk to Claypool, so I like the deal. The third players are a wash and not likely a big factor moving forward past 2021. I think Sanders has more value then Mixon however and Aiyuk and Claypool are close. Pure preference here as the value is close with the lean to Sanders + on value.

If this is on the table, I take it. If I was the Mixon owner, I wouldn't accept it.

Mixon and Sanders are both comparable. Aiyuk over Claypool is what tilts it for me.

Agree. For me it’s Aiyuk that helps my decision there.

Mixon/Aiyuk for me as well. I prefer both to Sanders/Claypool.
