This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Gesicki for Carson

Postby dvpkwys » Fri Apr 16, 2021 7:48 am

Looking for a RB3 to go behind Taylor and Cook. The Carson owner is looking to move him and needs help, he like Gesicki. Would you pay Gesicki and a third round pick for Carson? Non PPR.

With having Smith Jr. and Hockenson, I think you can afford this move for the RB help. Injuries have always been an issue, but Carson is very solid when he is on the field and Gesicki is just another TE that is hit or miss.

Easy call to get some RB depth. Carson is getting up there, but should be in line for a good year. This is the type of deal a team in win now mode should make 10 times out of 10.

I like the trade for you. Carson is a solid bye week/flex option.

Slam dunk yes. Carson likely only has a couple more good years left in him, but you're trading away two shaky assets for a very solid one
