Would you take this deal?

FFPC league. 12 Team, PPR , TE Premium (1.5 PPR). But it's essentially a 14 player Keeper League with 20 player rosters during the season.
Start 1QB, 2 RBs, 2 WRs, 1 TE, 2 Flex (RB/WR/TE), K , D.

I am in a complete rebuild. I blew up my team last October, so I don't plan on competing until at best 2022, maybe 2023. So I am not worried about this season as much as I am long term. But I just received the following offer:

Give up: Keenan Allen, Tua Tagovailoa and Zach Ertz
and
Get: Chris Godwin

Keenan and Ertz are the last two "older pieces" I have left that I planned on trading. I have a lot of picks in this draft (1.4, 1.7, 1.9, 1.12, 2.4, 2.6 plus three 3rds). So my plan has been to wait until early in the season to trade Keenen Allen, when his value will be highest, and I can get some 2022 draft picks in the process (I currently only have my own '22 picks). I also think I can get a 2022 2nd rounder from another team for Zack Ertz right now (although that isn't definite).

I really don't care about Tua. I'm not sure I believe in him and I also have Joe Burrow anyway, who I like a lot more. Plus, depending how the draft unfolds, Trever Lawrence may be the BPA around the 1.9 or 1.12 picks for me. And if not, there are a few solid veterans I could grab later to pair with Burrow. So I am fine with losing Tua. And I plan on trading Keenan and Ertz anyway, I just wasn't planning on trading Keenan until the season started.

On the flip side, Godwin is younger than Keenan, but He's also a free agent next year. While I care about talent first, situation is also obviously important, and we don't know what is situation will be a year from now.

I was thinking about countering with the same deal, minus Ertz (So Keenan and Tua for Godwin), which would allow me to trade Ertz for a pick next year to someone else. That would essentially, from my perspective, be trading Keenan for Godwin since I don't care about Tua and might even cut him in September when we cut down to 20 anyway.

Just wondering what everyone's thoughts are. (Sorry for the long post. Typing it out is helping me think it thru a bit. LOL!)

I think it's a solid price to add Godwin long term based on your goals. Tua is risky and not worth a ton in a 1 QB format and Allen will be 30 and is always undervalued anyway and I think we have seen Ertz best years already with Goedert lurking. I'm still very high on Godwin now and long term, so take that into consideration, but I think he is the most valuable piece here. Allen could out produce him in the short term, but I much prefer Godwin long term.

I would take Godwin here very easily.

This is an easy accept.....especially for a rebuild. Tua's value is minimized in 1QB and Ertz value has imploded. So this is essentially Keenan for Godwin. Big win.
