I don't know a ton about salary cap leagues, but his number looks pretty favorable based on what he brings to a lineup. That being said, who knows what happens with him and what Watson looks like a year from now. Time is the only thing that will have the right answer when it comes to Watson.

Watson situation gets uglier by the day it seems, but in getting him for less than half the cost of QBs in his tier makes him worth the gamble here it would seem.

I'd be shocked if he were done. We've heard over and over again that this guy is done and that guy is done when off the field things pop up and that's almost never the case. I could see him missing the season, but he's too young, too talented and plays too important of a position to never play again.

Buy him everywhere you can on the cheap now if you can afford to stash him for a season.
