I would lean Stafford but it's tough to move Chubb based on your RB core. If you are contending, I would hold Chubb as you can get by fine with Brady and Wentz.

I think this move comes down to what will be available at 1.05. Brady and Wentz should do well enough and there should be a decent QB available at that spot. I think Stafford is going to have quite a year, and that would shore up your QB situation for bye weeks and shield against injury. It might also give you the flexibility to trade Brady to a contender if your run goes south. But if you trade Chubb, you’ll have to use that pick on RB or trade it or whatever you select for RB if you plan to compete, as the trade will leave you shallow at the position.

All that to say I think the trade is fairly even. I like both players. You’ll have to decide which path seems best moving forward

I would hold Chubb, despite liking Stafford a bit better than both of your current QBs. Losing Chubb is too big of a hit to the RB group for me.
