1.03 in SF. Without knowing the rest of your roster, QB and WR depth, you should be getting a starting QB at 1.03.

Currently I feel the value is on the 1.03 side based on the format, but this could easily be Lamb in a year or two and I prefer Lamb.

I voted for Lamb before the OP clarified the SF setting. I think that makes it a lot closer. If you need a QB or RB I could see going with the 1.03, but I’d take Lamb over any WR in this class.
Both are 12-team 1QB PPR dynasties

I think the value is actually pretty close overall in a rebuild, especially with the start 3 WR req. I think I would lean toward Lamb, personally, but depends a good bit on your current QBs and WRs as well.

This is an orphan I took over the core is

QB: LJax, Watson
RB: JT
WR: Juedy, Chark
TE: Hooper

I’m just not sure what to do with the 1.03 at this point. Trade for Lamb if the owner takes it, take a QB w/ 1.03 or take Chase w/ 1.03

You aren’t hurting at QB, and aren’t competing so not going to miss Watson if he is suspended or anything. I would flip 1.03 for Lamb here.

This for me too. We’ve already seen what Lamb can do and his upside is top 5 WR, so it takes the risk out of taking a rookie at 1.03.

I will stay consistent. I want Chase over anybody in the 2020 class.

I'll just throw out that the "seen what Lamb can do" narrative has the possibility of a JuJu similarity in that he isn't the alpha in that offense and there are alot of options so it's always a bit harder to analyze. So in a full rebuild I think I'm taking the 1.03 and going with BPA. Probably Chase, maybe Harris goes to a perfect situation on top of his almost perfect profile. Maybe you just end up with a QB in a rebuild and that's fine as well.

Oh, I wouldn't normally recommend this but with that TE premium, I wouldn't rule out Pitts at the 1.03 by any means in a rebuild. I imagine Kelce was a top 8 overall in your league last year with that type of premium.
