Tee Higgins+ for 1.01

In the middle of a rebuild and I was offered Tee Higgins/2.04 for 1.01. I feel like the offer is a little light but I am keen on adding Higgins. I feel like if Burrow had played all season Higgins may have been in the same tier as Jefferson and Lamb. Other pieces that this owner has that I would be interested in are: Swift, M.Sanders, 2.01,2.02, 2022-1(top-8). Is there a deal to be made here or should I hold off? How do people feel about Higgins moving forward in the Bengals offence?

Any other team advice is appreciated. As of right now the plan is to take Chase at 1.01 and go BPA from there on out with my picks. Leaning towards addressing my rb depth chart once I am ready to compete or as the opportunity presents itself.

I love Higgins (despite just trading him away in a deal to get Diggs), but I think I would still rather take a swing with Chase over him.

I'm high on Higgins too, but this close to the draft, you should be able to get a lot more for the 1.01. I would hold for a better offer or take your top rookie.

This. The team is middle of the road as well. I would try and trade back a few spots or trade out and acquire more proven assets. Tis the season of hype of those picks

1.01 is simply worth more. It'll command a ransom, especially as landing spots settle and the hype builds. Love Higgins but I'm not yet sure he'll be the no-doubt top WR in CIN and therefore I'm not moving 1.01 in an offer built around him. If he adds a future 1st, I'm listening...
