I think the CMC + Lamb side helps your overall build more. It's tough to lose Kittle but Andrews is at least not a bad option. He is not elite, but is in the next tier. Allen is a great WR but he is always undervalued and Lamb gains you a lot of years and he too his high upside outlook. Certainly a heavy cost on either side here.

With no TE premium and 8 starting RB/WR, I'll take McCaffrey/Lamb. The drop from Kittle to Andrews should easily be overcome by the gain from McCaffrey over whomever you would have trot out at RB2.

McCaffrey/Lamb pretty easily given the starting req’s and no TE prem.

It's good value too. I'd give KA/Gallup for Lamb. Then Kittle +1.8 for CMC sounds cheap
