This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Postby BradysBunch » Mon Apr 05, 2021 11:20 am

This was posted over a month ago, now since the NFL draft and some drafts have happened...who are your top 12 now..10 team league,SF, PPR

thank again.

I don't follow any college ball. I get all my info from this site. ( thank you! ) I have picks 1, 4, 5, 9, 11 in this years SF/PPR league. I want to compare now and after the draft peoples top 12 to see how valuations change. So, if you have time, please rank your top 12 at this point.

Thank you!

This is going to be league specific in terms of starting requirements, but for this I'll assume 10 team SF, 1QB, 2 RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1SF, 2Flex

1.01 - Chase (I have him as my #1. Why is TLaw not here? because its a 10 teamer. 10 Team SF leagues have relative QB values closer to those of a 16 team 1QB league than a 12 team SF league).
1.02 - Harris (#2)
1.03 - Etienne (#3, Landing spot is fine. Wish A Rob wasn't there but he's not going to take much work from Etienne)
1.04 - Williams (Moves up a bit for me with that landing spot. This year he may split work but next year he's the #1 there, also assuming that denver will have a new QB either this year or next)
1.05 - TLaw (First QB off the board)
1.06 - Pitts (Pitts is as close to a sure thing to me as Chase, but there is always the chance he won't. Definitely safer than all the picks after him)
1.07 - Smith (I have smith and waddle neck and neck, right now I have smith higher on rumors that Philly may be looking at brining in Watson).
1.08 - Waddle (still have him above the QBs)
1.09 - Lance (Likely has to wait a year but then could be dynamic in that offense)
1.10 - Wilson (Wilson jumps up over Fields for me here. Fields was my QB2 going into the draft but landing spots were better for Lance and Wilson and not as favorable for Fields).

Honorable mentions:

2.01 Fields (I'm actually concerned here. Bears HC and front offence has now given up significant capital to move up. If they fail this year I see both the HC and GM out in the off season if not sooner. While bears don't have a 2022 1st for now, the new regime could go a different direction and we may be watching the next Josh Rosen here. Its concerning that both Carolina and Denver that both still needed potential QBs also passed on Fields.)
2.02 Jones (Like Lance I think you have to wait a year to see Jones on the field, but I think he is with a Coach and OC that know how to utilize non-mobile QBs. Also have been impressed with his ability to absorb playbooks and explain them to other players.)
2.03 Sermon (Sermon jumps up to here for me, thanks to landing spot and SF trading up for him in the 3rd, but I think expectations need to be tempered. Even if he establishes himself as the lead back in SF in 2021 or 2022 I think SF will continue to bring in multiple backs to form a rather large RB room)
Team #1: 2nd place
