SF and TEP (1.5 PPR for TEs)
(the team in my signature)
I have the 1.01, 1.02 and 1.03. Not sure what I’m going to do with them yet after going Trevor Lawrence at 1.01. Working to trade down a few picks from 1.03 since I don’t have a specific need that needs to be filled at 1.02 or 1.03. TE is not a strong position but not convinced that 1.03 is the place to address that. Looking forward to seeing where the rookies go so the rookie draft decisions will be easier. .

OJ Howard went 1.07, Njoku 1.08 and Engram 2.01 in my 1QB TE premium league and there was considerable hype well past their rookie years. All of them went ahead of Alvin Kamara which I landed at 2.04atlmoneyman wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 11:02 amI wasn’t playing dynasty football back then. My league is a non-SF, TE premium. For the team in the sig, would you consider using my 1.03 on him?

Re: Kyle Pitts... consensus 1.03 by August
For reference, for my Team 1 in sig. I believe Howard went late first round. I had the 2.04 and went with Njoku. At the 2.11 I went with Engram, thinking I'd locked-up two future TE1's and was thrilled Engram fell that far. I still don't regret those draft picks, and still believe in Engram moving forward, especially if he gets away from Daniel Jones.HughHoney wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 12:16 pmHoward and Njoku were late firsts in my leagues and Engram early second. If I'm honest, things haven't worked out as I'd hoped thus far. But my belief was that of the two TE's, I'd end up with one worth keeping. That still could end up being the case, though it hasn't worked out quite as good as I'd hoped.
I'd say that as far as the hype goes, my recollection is that Howard was seen as the most likely to become the "next Gronk". While Engram and Njoku were viewed as developmental players that could eventually move into the top tier of TE's. So far, that hasn't worked out as planned.

Re: Kyle Pitts... consensus 1.03 by August
I am hoping to get him on some rebuilding squads because I have enough draft capital over the next few years to absorb taking a swing on him. I can draft other positions in enough volume to find viable guys but finding a potentially elite TE is such a potential advantage that I am willing to take the chance.
In 2 years, when I am aiming to round those rosters into contenders, Kelce and Waller will be starting to age out and Pitts represents the potential to offer the biggest positional advantage in dynasty, especially since I play in 16 team leagues.

Re: Kyle Pitts... consensus 1.03 by August
Every player is different but I have a hard time taking TE’s that early. I drafted Ebron & promised myself I wouldn’t go TE 1st rd again. But Pitts seems to be more of a wr. Actually reminds me of Cordarelle Patterson.

That's not exactly a ringing endorsement of a comparison. More like a reason to hold off until the 3rd round.
