POLL: Josh Jacobs in PPR super flex?

Postby joeday » Thu Apr 01, 2021 6:23 pm

In a 12 team, ppr, super flex would you trade 2.1 and 2.2 for Josh Jacobs? Those two picks feel like picks 1.8 and 1.9 in a one QB league since I think 5 QBs could go before those picks.

Even with the Drake signing I think this is still Jacobs. I feel all the elite rookie tier will be gone by those picks.

Jacobs will still get plenty of touches, albeith not in the pass game... still... The question is whether he can be more productive. Volume still gives him a stable floor and his ceiling is high if the passing game can take some pressure off him.

Whoever you get with these picks won't have the same ceiling.

I’m down on Jacobs because of the downgrades to the Raiders o-line and the signing of K.Drake but I still think this is a decent deal for Jacobs, even in SF. He’s still young enough and should get enough work to be productive for several more seasons, I would think.

Jacobs’ value took a bit of a hit, but I think the o-line situation is more worrisome than Drake. I’d take Jacobs here.

The two picks are most likely both going to be WR. If I needed a RB, I would trade for Jacobs at that price.
