It's hard to imagine giving up Mahomes. OTOH, that's a great return.
My biggest concern would be if Herbert somehow fizzles and becomes a QB12-15 instead of the QB5-9 most assume he'll become. But, this fills some holes for you, you have the WR depth to absorb the loss of Keenan, and you get Lamb back.
Really hard to say no.

I really like landing Lamb here and I can see the value, but I'm still not sure I would move your side for this. Allen is a locked WR1 while Lamb still needs to make that jump and I'm just not sold on Sanders as a true RB1 in fantasy. Mahomes is a sure thing while Herbert also has to do it again. Nice value here but I think I would hold. What if Herbert has a second year like Mayfield after a monster rookie season?

As much as I'd be tempted to lock up Lamb, I don't think I'd give up the Mahomes/Allen/Kittle side here. I don't view Andrews as an elite TE option though, so I may see moving Kittle as more of a sticking point that others here. If you could send Andrews instead of Kittle I'd be far more interested.
