Watson Trade

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

I love Burrow, but no. The picks are dart throws

Welcome to the community! Still Watson for me. An earlier round pick or two would be more enticing, but as is I would hold Watson. He is elite and I think 100% plays again. I even like Burrow a fair amount.

Thanks for the responses!

If it’s Burrow, 2021 3.10, 2021 3.11, 2022 2nd (instead of a 2022 3rd), does that change the equation at all?

I should mention I’m in win-now mode.

You know, with you being in win now mode, I think would be pretty close to being swayed by that second instead of the third. I say this because if you're window is now, you NEED a qb to produce for you this year and Burrow, barring injury, is almost a guarantee to play and ay well all season. Granted, maybe not on Watson caliber, but that guarantee of a qb is worth a negligible bump down in production imo. I'd test out the negotiation skills on this one and see what else you could get but I'd make sure I got this one, primarily because of contender status.

Welcome!! If you’re making a run for 2021, and don’t have a viable backup, I wouldn’t mind Burrow here in a 1QB. SF is still Watson easily, but here, I wouldn’t mind rolling with Burrow given the uncertainty on Watson.
