I really like Chubb but is this a good value for him? (this is for the 1st team in sign) I like my team however this year I think a lot of value could be found in the 2nd round of draft. Am I going crazy?

I think the value is decent here as Shenault could come in as a late 1st value, but I still think this is a bit light for Chubb. I would hold as Chubb is elite and still fits your young build. I would shop Hopkins long before moving Chubb.

That's a good return for Chubb this time of year. 1.01 is being sold for much more than that (esp. in SF). KTC currently has 1.01 > Chubb. You have a solid RB core, and can add youth to it with those picks.

That's a pretty solid offer for Chubb. As much as I like Chase and Harris relative to the rest of the draft class, I'm not super high on anyone in this class relative to current studs, especially in 1QB. I would hold Chubb here.

I would take the deal. Chubb is almost ready for a second contract so why not sell one year early? You gain three years with Harris, get a decent WR in round two and Shenault is a great piece.
