I think the offer will be viewed as light even with the other owner being a big Higgins fan. Adding a 1st may be more enticing and timing could be good with the latest Watson news. Some Watson owners might be a bit worried and it never hurts to try and buy.

Love me some Higgins, but I'd give Wentz/Higgins for Watson all day in SF. I'd be a bit surprised if this gets it done, but if the other guy loves Higgins I could see it happening.

Too light for me to give up Watson. But it's worth putting out the offer to see what the other owner thinks. I would think you might have to upgrade Higgins to DJM or Godwin. Or consider adding Hurts to Wentz.
