I would not want to move Higgins either, but I think this trade helps you especially if the 2022 1st ends up early also. It's always a gamble with pick prediction, but the value is very solid in a 16 team SF format.

I voted for the picks side. I like Higgins a lot too but this seems like a no brainer to me, especially if that 2022 pick looks to be a top 3 pick.

understand the love for Tee. I have been trying to get him in a SF/TE premium league and the other owner wants Waller/2.09/and a 2022 for Tee. If not a TE premium, I would have jumped, but hard to move Waller in that situation. With all that being said, I think you have to go with the picks, 1.03 will help land the QB you want and there is a chance that the 2022 round 1 is a top 2 pick, which gives you a massive trade chip down the road.

While I like Higgins, he's not a guy I would buy right now. In fact, if I owned him I would be looking to capitalize on the hype. His value is probably about as high as it's going to get. I don't see him becoming one of the true standout WRs in the league. This trade is a no brainer.
