Re: James Robinson or nah?
I would hold the pick in a rebuild. Robinson had a very good year, but I would be a bit hesitant to invest in him long term in a rebuild.
Re: James Robinson or nah?
Use the pick. Hit a guy that likely has more secure future. If trading the pick, do it OTC.

I’d hold 1.07 rather than move it for Robinson.

A building team has no business buying Robinson unless it's for a 2nd. He's gonna be a way more volatile piece than any first round pick would be.

Re: James Robinson or nah?
After hitting QB, QB (no reason to go a different direction in 14-team), there should be at least one pick from your 1.04, 1.07, and 1.08 that will land you a good RB like Harris or Williams. I wouldn’t worry about anything more than bpa when picking though. If Chase falls to 1.04 and another QB/WR and/or Pitts looks good at the others, you will be able to trade for starting lineup help before the season starts. In a rebuild, maximizing value is all you should focus on during the draft. Those later firsts and early 2nd should land nice players as well, and your roster will be fixed up pretty well.

Re: James Robinson or nah?
Help me understand the logic behind this statement. How is a guy who has proved he belongs in the NFL more volatile than an unknown?Robinson has a ceiling that will never be tremendous, but his floor is much greater than a draft pick.
I am just a guy sharing some thoughts
Re: James Robinson or nah?
Yep. My thoughts too.
The history of RBs drafted late or undrafted having multiple fantasy-useful seasons in the NFL is microscopic. It just doesn't happen. How do all the guys who traded for Mostert after his breakout season feel now? I think Robinson's a great guy, a fantastic rah-rah story, and I'm glad he's making his money while living his dream, but I'm not giving up 1.07 for him.
Now, if I had a championship caliber team ready to win it all in 2021 and I had Jacobs, Mixon, and Edmonds as my top 3 RB, I might make the trade. On a rebuild? Not gonna happen.

That was also with pretty much no QB. Now he’ll have what’s arguably the best QB since Luck. Odds are he only last 3-4 years, but that’s all you should be expecting. If you expect to compete in the next 2 years I think it’s fine, however any longer and he’d waste away on your roster.

And odds are that Robinson won't last another day. Not that that's what I think will happen. But, as Anteaters noted, that's essentially what the odds are. He's already beating the odds, so he could continue to do so.. but, if you're building for the long-term, there's no reason to gamble on him over a much more secure asset.
...and that's even to consider that he's a running back.. even if he has 2-3 more years of staying power, that's not super helpful for a team that's not looking to be competitive for 1-2 years. It's to completely concede (ie. waste) two seasons (half of his hoped for value) for no reason.

Re: James Robinson or nah?
Pass... You really own this draft and can dictate your outcome. Lawrence 1..chase/Harris/pitts...2....you get where this is going. 7 and 8 are worth more to you than jrob.
However....if you do want robinson....2.1 is a fair offer and I'd add gallup, hardmon, or williams if it got it done.
I'm personally not a fan of buying rb in the offseason

Re: James Robinson or nah?
It’s a fair price in 1QB, but in a 14-team SF, I’m holding the pick. With your build and the picks you have, you can really dictate the flow of the draft. I’d go Lawrence and Harris at 1 and 2 and Etienne/Chase at 4. That means you’re still guaranteed another really good QB prospect at 7 or 8, along with another really good RB or WR prospect like Williams or Bateman.
Both are 12-team 1QB PPR dynasties

Re: James Robinson or nah?
Nope, keep the 1.07 unless you think you could realistically flip Robinson for more.
Your team doesn't appear to be contending, and Robinson (or any non-elite RB) doesn't help you rebuild. Take BPA at 1.07, and hopefully a QB falls to you.
