2.02 rookie pick or Marquise Brown?

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

2.02 rookie pick or Marquise Brown?

Postby dynofun » Fri Feb 26, 2021 4:06 pm

OK so this is a 12 team PPR dynasty league where we start 1 QB/1 RB/3 WRs/2 Flex(RB, WR or TE)/1 TE/1 K/ 1 Def.

I would receive Marquise Brown

for

I would give up the 2.02 rookie pick.

Here is my team:

Ryan, Matt ATL QB 363.84 -
Akers, Cam LAR RB 108.90 -
Chubb, Nick CLE RB 209.70 -
Edwards, Gus BAL RB 129.20 -
Evans, Darrynton TEN RB 15.10 -
Foreman, D'Onta TEN RB 16.00 -
Johnson, Duke HOU RB (Q) 87.50 -
Jones, Aaron GBP RB (Q) 262.90 -
Mack, Marlon IND RB (Q) 8.60 -
Mattison, Alexander MIN RB 89.90 -
McKissic, J.D. WAS RB 191.60 -
Chark, D.J. JAC WR (Q) 148.60 -
Edelman, Julian NEP WR (Q) 56.32 -
Godwin, Chris TBB WR 184.00 -
Green, A.J. CIN WR 109.30 -
McLaurin, Terry WAS WR 220.80 -
Metcalf, DK SEA WR 262.30 -
Meyers, Jakobi NEP WR 145.52 -
Miller, Anthony CHI WR 107.70 -
Robinson, Demarcus KCC WR 105.60 -
Sims, Cam WAS WR 85.20 -
Slayton, Darius NYG WR 139.30 -

I would rather gamble on 2.02, especially with your roster being fairly deep. Marquise is a little too boom or bust for my liking.

It depends on landing spots and who is available once the pick is otc. I think St Brown is a realistic target at the 2.02 (as of now) and I would rather have him over Brown. I would be hesitant to move any 1sts or early to mid 2nds as of now until the NFL draft and /or the pick is otc outside of an overpay.

I think 2.2 over Brown pretty easily personally.

Funny. I traded him for the 2.1 ( 10 team ) last year and picked Lamb! I would take the pick here.

2.02 10/10 times. Brown is just another guy to me. 2 times a year he has a game worth his name value.
10 team league....16 offensive keepers selected by April first. 28 man rosters during the season. 1 keeper defense and 1 keeper kicker.

.5 ppr, TE premium +.5, .2 return yards, big play bonuses, 4 team playoffs and 2 week super bowl (wk 15,16).
Start 1 QB 6 pt passing TD, 2 RBs, 3 WR, 1 flex, 1 TE.

QBs- Dak P
RBs- miles sanders, CEH, Najee Harris, Antonio gibson, James robinson, Boston Scott, qadree ollison, eno Benjamin, Sony michel, kerryon Johnson, gerrid Doaks, Larry rountree,
WRs- Brandon aiyuk, shenault, Adam thielen, Antonio brown, kadarius Toney, Jacobi Meyers, Dwayne eskridge, jalen Darden.

TEs- Goedert, fant, Hayden hurst, Dan Arnold, Donald parham
Kicker- koo
