Am I missing something with Akers?

Nothing stood out to me from him last season to warrant this.

He got 20 touches three times last year so now he is the second best RB in the class apparently? He finished RB46... So now he is worth DK. I don't get it either.

What those worriers forget is Seattle is not a tank-it sort of team. Seattle is not a Houston situation. With or without Watson, Houston is a losing team in 2021, and they probably won't make it a priority to get a proven seasoned veteran this season if they trade Watson. Seattle has bigger plans, with or without Russ. If Seattle trades Russ, they will assuredly have a good option to replace him.

If Seattle trades Russ to LV, they get Carr back. If they trade him to Dallas, they'll get Dak back. If they trade him to NO, they'll likely get Winston. Etc, etc, etc. All of those QBs are certain capable of getting DKM the ball. Most of them have already supported top10 WR seasons. Even if they trade him to Chicago, Miami or NY, they'll get capable QBs who have never had two WRs as good as DKM and Lockett. I think Darnold/Trubinsky/Tua could support a top10 WR in Seattle.

No matter what happens with Russ, DKM is going to have a big 2021 season. If anything, I'd love to find a worried DKM owner and buy cheap.
