Kittle’s value SF/TE

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Kittle’s value SF/TE

Postby Zech13 » Wed Feb 24, 2021 9:25 pm

12 team SF/ TE (2.0 ppr)

What is Kittle’s value in this format?

What is the difference between Fant or Goedert to Kittle in this format?

Thanks.

Aside from my bias as a 49ers fan, I would have Kittle as a 1st/early 2nd startup pick in this format because of the positional scarcity of elite options and the weekly advantage they provide, imo. I believe the big premium also serves to widen the gap between the elite 3 and the field.
I did a 1.75 premium SF startup and took Kelce at 1.09 and Kittle at 2.04. Waller went at 3.10. Fant at 6.04 (TE6). Goedert at 6.05 (TE7).
I would expect a similar gap of 3 rounds or so between Kittle/Fant/Goedert.

In 1.75 TEP, I won't have a problem giving up 2 firsts

Early 1st or multiple mid to late 1sts given the format.

I would have him right there with the top 2 rookie QBs in this format, if not 1.01 due to the 2.0 TE prem. In a 12 team SF, there’s a bit of wiggle room on QBs vs something like a 16 team, so it would take 1.01 (if I had a big QB need).

As far as the gap between Kittle and Fant-Goedert, i would say a mid 1st added to Fant or Goedert would bridge the downgrade.

16 team League, TE Premium Superflex Full PPR. Is the 1.03 for Kittle straight up a fair deal?

Team
QB'S : Burrow, Mariota
RB'S : Mixon, Harris Pollard, Mack, M.Brown
WR'S : Metcalf, Higgins Gallup, Ruggs, Kirk, Meyers, Pringle
TE'S : Trautman,, Reed
1.03, 1.07, 1.08, 2.02, 2.03

9 starting spots, 1QB, 1 RB, 2 WR, TE, 3 FLEX(W/R/B/TE) AND i SUPERFLEX(QB/WR/TE/RB)

Appreciate the advice.
