My concerns are grabbing another RB may be very difficult. I don't have any draft capital and already have a nice set of WRs. I also feel like I need a little more on top of MT in return.

Tough but I’m taking Henry here. You are absolutely stacked at WR already. If you dumped Henry, RBs get thin. Additionally, I’m not huge on MT with the QB questions. Solid offer but I’ll take the monster Henry who gets 25+ rush a game. Especially if you don’t have the draft capital to grab another RB. Stick with Henry.

With your build, I'm holding Henry here. I think he is more important to your build and hopeful title push.

In a vacuum, this would be MT pretty easily. However, for this team I would hold Henry. You have a nice WR group in place and this would leave your RB group in a rough spot.

Best case scenario is you trade for MT then flip him for more than Henry as you clearly don't need him.

I'm not sure I would be able to move MT for an RB of Henry's caliber. I have to imagine that MT has already been offered for many other RBs in the league.

henry will be a bigger advantage than thomas for the next to seasons. after that thomas will be the better player to have.
with that team i'd keep henry and go for a repeat.

i also doubt you could get a better RB for thomas right now, his value is pretty depressed. maybe when/if winston is officially the starter he'll bounce back, but i'm still on the henry side.

DH is a year younger and i see them playing the same length, i expect henry to last longer than most RBs. WRs are also much easier to find in the draft or via trade. much larger dropoff in talent after top tier guys at RB than WR.

most importantly...Saints are not looking great from a cap perspective and Brees is not that great and i expect them to bring in someone new at WR via the draft.
