Updated trade offer for Cook

This is for Team 1 in my sig...another owner has been throwing out feelers for Cook and Rodgers and sent this. I'm a big fan of Akers and love the youth coming back. Just want to make sure the value is there in a 1QB league

Give: Cook, Rodgers, 1.09
Get: Akers, Dionte Johnson, Watson

I think it's a pretty fair deal overall. I really like getting Johnson/Watson over Rodgers/1.09 but losing Cook is rough as he's the base for your RB core. I like Akers as well, but swapping Cook for him could make for a gamble at RB. Overall, I think I'd probably take this offer.

I think the 1.09 on top is hurting the value here. I like the youth coming back too, but Cook is a monster piece. A think a 2nd is more realistic to the value.

I like the trade for you. While Rodgers is the better QB at this moment, Watson is a phenominal QB to have for dynasty (especially if he gets traded). You take a little bit of a hit going from Cook to Akers, but I'm super high on Akers myself. Here's how I see it:

Cook > Akers
Rodgers = Watson (Rodgers more now, but Watson more for dynasty
Diontae > 1.09

I agree with the above, Cook > Akers, but I hvae Watson> Rodgers easily, and Diontae > 1.9 (but I'm also a huge Diontae believer and I realize some are not)

It's a fair offer if you want to move on from Cook.

Akers is a good upside replacement for Cook, but more of a risk. Diontae and Watson are much better long term pieces than 1.09 and Rodgers.

If you are a strong competitor I'd probably hang onto Cook unless the offer was a little stronger.

I've put Cook on the block and the only feedback I've received was a "rejected" gif. If you were rebuilding, this would be a no-brainer. But you look competitive (though not sure you are a true contender) so that makes this tougher. I think I still pull the trigger but would ask for a 2nd back....even if its a 2022 2nd.

So I guess I took too long to accept and he pulled it back and said he's no longer interested in trading Watson and this is what he offered as a starter offer for just Cook/Akers...I'm not on board with that but not sure what I could add that might actually get a deal done.

Here's other pieces would countering with Akers/Jeudy/2.08 be too much for Cook?

If the counter of Jeudy is accepted, I really like the deal for you. Cook is entering that last stage of high value based on his age and injury history.

I would not make this deal. Akers is being incredibly hyped right now. He has a great shot to be a bell cow, but Cook has shown the past to years he is elite. Rodgers is a great QB, but you would have him for what...? 3 more years? Watson you will have for 10.
