Would you move Montgomery and the 1.10
for
the 1.03, future 2nd, and Hardman?
I'm already in solid shape at RB (Start 2) with Taylor, Henry, Carson, and David Johnson so I could live without Montgomery.
Other owner said this is his best offer so there's no wiggle room.
Thanks

Re: Montgomery Trade
I think you come out ahead in this deal. I would rather have the top 3 prospects in this class over Montgomery personally. I have Harris, Smith and Chase above him. Landing spots play a role here, but long term I don't think that change much in this deal. Montgomery finished the year well, but I still don't view him as an early 1st. Hardman is a nice flyer with Robinson and Watkins likely gone.

Re: Montgomery Trade
1.03/Hardman/2nd pretty easily for me. Hardman and the 2nd offset the 1.10 then some. Getting 1.03 for Montgomery is a big W.

Re: Montgomery Trade
Thanks everyone. That's how I'm leaning, too.
It's just that Montgomery really put it altogether in the second half of the season.

Re: Montgomery Trade
To be fair, and I like Montgomery, he had one of the easiest schedules we are likely to ever see for an RB down the stretch.

Re: Montgomery Trade
I am also a Montgomery fan, but that easy last-season schedule cannot be overlooked. I had Montgomery in a couple of leagues, and he killed me during the first 2/3 of the regular season with inconsistency. By the time he turned it on, it was too late. He's the Will Fuller of RBs

Still, if I needed decent RB production with some upside, I'd be tempted to hold him because I think his inconsistency came from scheme and gameplan and QB inadequacy. I still think he could be a top-10 RB in the right place but who knows if Chicago will ever be the right place. Since you don't need him at RB, I think this is a very good return for you. 1.03 should be a great chance at a more consistent producer.

Made the deal.

Re: Montgomery Trade
The 1.03 offers a lot more upside. If you dont need monty as a starter, I like the chances of the top 3 skill players this year over him.
