Not near enough for Hopkins in an offense that should only improve in year two together

I’m pretty high on Lamb, but it would take more than this for me to move Hopkins unless rebuilding. This team looks very competitive, and a bit of uncertainty on what Thomas may do post-Brees would further drive me to hold Hopkins just to be safe.

I said Lamb. In his first 5 games of his career ( with Dak ) he averaged about 1 point less per game than Hopkins (full year stats) did last yr in .5 ppr. I think he does better next year. I also think Hopkins will do better. But, I will take Lamb now because I don't think this offer will be there in a year.

Dak was on pace to throw for 7000 yards in those 5 games though, which is obviously not sustainable.

Not saying Lamb won't be great, but something in that offense has got to give relative to those first 5 games.
