Grade the Trade! (3-way 14-team SF deal)

As the title indicates, what do you all think of the deal below that just went down in a 14-team SF 1.5TEP league I’m in? The starting requirements are as follows: QB, SF, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR, TE, FLX, FLX.

Team 1 gives: Matt Ryan
Team 1 gets: Cooper Kupp

Team 2 gives: Cooper Kupp, Josh Jacobs, Dalton Schultz, 4.10
Team 2 gets: Tua Tagovailoa, Courtland Sutton, Adam Trautman, 2.14

Team 3 gives: Tua Tagovailoa, Courtland Sutton, Adam Trautman, 2.14
Team 3 gets: Matt Ryan, Josh Jacobs, Dalton Schultz, 4.10

I don't like what team 1 gave/received and I think team 2 got the best long term package and team 3 got the best win now package.

Team 1- I'm not a fan of giving a solid, if aging, QB in SF without getting a QB back or a better piece than Kupp.
Team 2- Nice package. Giving up Jacobs hurts, but if WR is a bigger need I see the draw. Getting Tua is a big deal.
Team 3- Won the deal, IMO. Ryan is still a viable option in SF and Jacobs is easily the best non-QB piece in the whole trade, and arguably the best overall piece, even in SF.

Team 1 and 3 both lost value imo

Overall it's pretty fair in my eyes. The only team that I can't understand the motivation is Team 1. Unless he tried shopping Ryan separately and couldn't find a better deal, I would think that Ryan could've gotten a better WR.
Team 2 - Fair deal (WR2/3, RB2) to get a young QB. Added value back with upside assets
Team 3 - I sense this team views itself as a contender in 2021. Trading years at QB and other potentials for a RB

Appreciate everyone’s insight. I’m Team 2 and was in desperate need of a QB with Wilson, Foles, and Rivers as my current group. Losing Jacobs hurt, but I like what I got back.

Tua will be fine. Sutton will be fine. You got two starters for 1 and I think you gained overall value. If tua performs well after a full off season and miami investing in that offense (line, wrs, and rb) he could be a top 6-10 QB this time next year easily and Sutton rebounding from an early acl injury will only gain value

That's the thought. I've been targeting Sutton in a lot of places. Liked him before the injury and he has become an afterthought to some it seems. I also really like Trautman for 2021 and beyond. Was my favorite TE in the 2020 class (not saying a ton I know) and I think Jared Cook is gone in NO.
