Full Blown Rebuild- Draft Pick trade advice.

Postby joekuhns11 » Mon Jan 18, 2021 11:46 am

I have:
2021 draft - 1.01, 1.05, 1.07, (2) 2nds, (2) 3rds
2022 draft - (3)1sts, (3)2nds, (2) 3rds

Should i try to package something with the 2021 1.05 to move into the top 4. I believe Harris, Etienne, Smith & Chase are the Tier 1 by themselves. Or should i hold onto what I have and just wait?

QB -Desean Watson
RB -Myles Gaskin, Kerryon Johnson, Damien Williams, JD Mckissick, Gus Edwards, Salvador Ahmed, Ty Johnson, Jamal Adams
WR -AJG, Sterling Shepherd, Corey Davis, Coutee, Gabriel Davis, People’s Jones, Jakobi Meyers
TE - Mike Gesicki, David Njoku

Team #2 - 10 Team - Full PPR - QB=6PTS per TD
Start - (1)QB,(1)SF, (2)RB,(2)WR, (1)TE, (2)Flex RB/WR/TE

QB - Mahomes, Watson, Rivers
RB - Jacobs, Gurley, ROJO, Le’veon, AP, Lindsay, L. Perine,
WR - Diggs, T. Higgins, Woods, Parker, AJG, Gallup
TE - Waller

It depends on cost for me. Have you asked the 1.02 - 1.04 owners what would need added to the 1.05 for any of them to drop back?

I would wait until after the NFL draft before bundling to move up from 1.05, unless of course it’s a slam dunk like adding a 3rd to move to 1.02. Ultimately, it would depend on the price, but I would wait and see what effect combine results and landing spots have on the 1st round landscape before making a deal to move up.

If you can send 1.05 and a late second to move into that top 4 I would. But there will be a player who increases their draft capital a ton by the combine or draft. Like Pitts could easily jump into that top 4 talk and then 1.05 becomes Chase or Smith.
