Is DK a hold or sell?

Trying to decide what to do with DK. I know he is a top dynasty asset, but the poor play by Russ at the end of the season and now Pete saying the need to run the ball more has me concerned DK's value will only go down from here. Should I be selling DK before the draft to try getting maximum value from him? Is anyone that has DK looking to move on from him or are you holding him? I have talked with the Higgins owner and I am pretty sure I could get Higgins and either 1.03 or 1.06 in return. I already have 1.01 and 1.04 this year so I will already be adding either Chase / Smith / Bateman / Moore in this year's draft. Just trying figure out if I am overreacting or if moving on is the right move if I can get a young WR and pick in return.

I think DK is a beast and he just turned 23 last month. I'd need a lot more to move from him and I am a big Higgins fan.

It always comes down to return when moving any asset. I'm very high on Higgins and Smith, but I think you hold for that price.

Russ will likely throw less but Russ is still a great QB and DK is his top target.

I love Higgins, but this is an easy hold. Outside of a massive overpay, DK will be a hold.

there is a difference between "running the ball more" and "running the ball more effectively", which is what Carroll has actually said:

"It's really a football thing, it's a scheme thing," Carroll said in his year-end press conference. "I want to see if we can run the ball more effectively to focus the play of the opponents and see if we can force them to do things like we'd like them to do more, like we have been able to do that in the past. That doesn't mean we're going to run the ball 50 times a game, it means we need to run the ball with direction and focus and style that allows us to dictate the game. Frankly, I'd like to not play against two-deep looks all season long next year, so we have to be able to get that done. It's not just the running game. It is the style of passes that will help us some, but we have to get after it a little bit differently. As it unfolded in the end of the season, it became really obvious. In the last four or five games, it became really obvious."

If DK is not a hold, I don't know who would ever qualify. Young, stable situation at QB, no FA coming up. What more is there to want?
