I could see an early 1st from the right owner. The 1.07 and 1.08 is solid value in my opinion depending on team need, but I'm guessing most owners would want an earlier 1st. Higgins + a 1st would be a nice land too.

Higgins plus a late first if I’m moving Diggs. Diggs is a top 10 Wr for dynasty imo.

I'd jump on Higgins+1.08. Then I'd look to blow this up. MT, Woods, Waller (absolute peak value right now), and all the RBs including Mixon should be made available. You are one season away (or less) from a complete implosion. Burrow won't be ready til mid-2021 season and Ben was borderline startable this season.

Diggs is always that player that's worth more on your team than in trades. Id hold. If you could get into the playoffs Burrow should be back. You need to add a rb but no need to do that right now.

Unless you are blowing up the whole team, I wouldn't sell a definite top WR paired with a young top QB for picks, aka lottery tickets. Bird in the hand and all that... If you are blowing up the whole team I'd want a top 4 pick and another 1st (so based on offers I'd say the 1.04 and 1.10). It's not really lined out until after the NFL draft, but I'd say theirs a top tier of 4 and I'd want one of those players to give up Diggs. Probably would also counter 1.04 and 1.07 and settle for 1.04 and 1.08. Also start working on moving your other aging high value (Mixon, Thomas, maybe Waller) simultaneously before people realize you're going tank and reduce their offers, aiming for future 1sts and/or young high upside WRs/QBs

Of the available options, Higgins/1.08 is the best offer IMO. I wouldn’t deal Diggs though unless you are planning to also move other top assets to start a rebuild. If you’re wanting to move a stud to mainly gain some depth or youth, I would be trying to move Thomas rather than Diggs.

I would ask for Higgins and 1.04. Any lower and I start to hesitate.
