Deep Stashes for the Future

My league is a 10 team (PPR, non-TE prem), so waivers isn’t barren, but I’m looking for end of bench guys with the best chance to contribute down the road. The guy I have my eye on that I can’t shake thinking could be a stud is Albert Okwuegbunam, but I’m already holding Smith and Kmet behind Kelce. I’m hoping to have a guy stashed that could break into the top tier of TEs eventually, though I know that’s a tall order.

Would you drop any of the following guys to pick up Albert O, or is he better just left as a FA for now?

AJ Green (only currently holding to see if he goes elsewhere and turns out to not be totally washed lol)

Is there any option to move Green? Washington is probably droppable, but I get the hold in case JuJu moves on. If you like Albert O a lot, I dont think you miss Washington.

I wouldn't drop any of those for him, and in a 10 team league I doubt you'll need to pick him up and roster him right now. I wouldn't do anything.

AJG may have a little value depending on where he lands next season, if he starts out hot I'd move him asap (my plan with him). The rest of them are all truly end of bench players. Kmet has a shot with no real obstacles in front of him, but what is his upside? Cephus has flashed, but with a new gm, coach, what will happen with Golloday, Stafford, he could be a starter or totally buried by a new staff. If it's not a te premium I'd hold what you have for now. Albert O will most likely be there late in your draft or available on the ww early next season with him returning from ACL.
