Rebuild in progress and making improvements to be competitive this year (1 spot out of playoffs).. Akers is my only Rb of note but would you trade him for Claypool and David Johnson?

I would hold Akers. I think his value explodes this summer.

Akers. Love Claypool as his value will go up but hold the 21 year old RB

Neither prospect is one I believe is transcendent, but I would always take my chances with a high upside RB than a WR. David Johnson is a non-factor here, so it is essentially Claypool for Akers. You should be able to get a much higher rated receiver in the off-season once the hype machine fires up if I you do want to get off Akers.

I've never been on the Akers train, but think you'd have to take him in this scenario. A young RB has a lot more upside in the near term and could easily buy claypool plus a bunch early next season as his hype grows.

I have them close but Akers for me due to RBs being harder to get
