I'd do trade 3 in a heartbeat. Tannehill should be good another couple of years.
I wouldn't trade Burrow for Jackson straight up much less with a 1st on top. Can't believe I'm saying that after what he did last year but Burrow looked good with an awful line.

Burrow = LJax IMO so I wouldn't want to add. Plus if Burrow gets an O-line, he could be a very dangerous QB. I would keep him.
