Team 2 in sig rebuilding.
Have been offered Cam/MT for my Rodgers. Would leave me with no reliable qbs going into next year in SF which obviously isn’t ideal, but a solid core of WR to build around and 3 first round picks.

Cam + MT for Rodgers? If it's one or the other I'd just tell him you'd need to get a starting QB in return and figure out how to work the deal.

From a value standpoint MT is theoretically more valuable than Rodgers even in SF, so getting Cam on top is nice.
However, I don’t think you’re too far from competing in a 12 team league but your biggest weakness is QB which you’d be making worse with this trade. If you’re willing to rebuild I think you need to fully commit and go even younger than MT, because without more viable QBs you will miss the prime window for both MT and Evans. If you think you can flip MT for a higher value in younger players/picks than Rodgers I’d consider this. I’d also look to move Evans too.
The other option is holding Rodgers and trying to acquire one more viable QB and compete next year

In a vacuum I’d accept. You know your league though, if QBs are very hard to get I’d pass. You should be looking to compete with that roster
