If you are solely interested in depth for the playoffs and there are no other options available, sure go for it, DJ should be back (hopefully) in week 14. But there is always the chance that he isn't cleared from the concussion that IRed him.
You may want to explore other options instead like a Gaskin, Gore, or Ballage

I actually have Mooney ahead of DJ in my rankings (which speaks more to my opinion on DJ than Mooney probably). So IMO, you shouldnt be giving the 4 with Mooney, I'd want to do it straight up.
