Carson for Mixon

I've never seen people so high on 2nd round picks. Either that, or they must have Carson and Mixon really close in value.

Carson has had a hell of a season when he played this year and since Penny has been out for the duration I think people see him as an after thought and not someone who could potentially cut into his share next season. Carson also seems to have a very safe floor week to week which is a high RB2, where Mixon has been a much more frustrating player week to week (feels like Cooper in Oakland). I'm putting my money on Mixon booming next year and since I'm in a rebuild worse case scenario I flip him to a RB needy contender.

Done deal, Carson + mid 2nd for Mixon and a late 3rd. I used the IR angle to squeeze out the 3rd. Pretty happy. Thanks everyone for the discussion in both this thread and the other Mixon thread that was active today.

I would take the Mixon side but I am even more worried about him than I was before with Burrow's injury. The whole bull case for Mixon is that the offense is on the rise and will get better and we may have just gotten a major set-back in that department. Burrow's injury looks like just about the most severe way you can tear up a knee and there are already people speculating he may miss significant time next year as well.
