In your situation I think I'd do it. Kelce is such a difference maker at TE this season, and should be elite next year as well. Beyond that, he could regress quite a bit and still be a back end TE1. You have Goedert who could be your future at TE, so that makes losing Kittle more palatable.
This is obviously a win now type of move, so I'd see if I can add one more RB to really put your team over the top.
