Long term I think DJ is a better option, but both have issues moving forward. JRob will most likely get a new coaching staff, which he may / may not continue to be the lead rb. Dionte will need a quality new qb once Big Ben retires, whenever that may be. I'd take Dionte here, longer shelf life also.

Johnson in a full rebuild due to shelf life of WR's. Both have big upside and some risk moving forward, but I would gamble on Johnson.

Thanks for the input guys. I'm just a little hesitant because my JRob is my only RB pretty much. Like I said, its a very early rebuild. My other rbs are Bell, Freeman, JHoward haha

That depends entirely on your evaluation of JRob as a talent, and what you think his future looks like with regard to maintaining his starting role going forward.
I'm maybe biased as an owner, but every time I watch him play I get the strong impression that his vision and shiftiness are borderline elite, and that he just has a really good head for the game. I think he's going to be a big deal for the next several seasons.

And he seems to be eliminating doubt by the week. Whether you're watching film or looking at box scores, he checks all the boxes and jumps off the screen with his talent. It would seem absolutely foolish for the Jags to spend high draft capital or big money on a RB.
(That said, I thought the same thing about IND last year lol)
Regardless, if you anticipate this being a lengthy rebuild: sell the RB.
The only question would then be sell now or sell later. I'm assuming your trade deadline is fast approaching so I understand wanting to get something of value for him now to avoid the risk.
Ultimately, DJ is a solid return. But I'd try to get a little more

It’s a tough call but I think I’d hold here simply due to how tough RBs are. I really don’t think he’s going anywhere and I was a doubter most of the season. DJ is nice but like someone said his value is going to plummet once Ben retires. I don’t even want to know what that QB situation is going to look like after that. I’m shocked you can’t find a better deal for JRob. There are several teams in my league obsessing over him and constantly sending offers to the owner but he decided JRob is the only piece he wants to keep for a rebuild and refuses to move him.

I would be all in on buying Robinson not selling.
He had another very good outing this past weekend even though his best two runs (both long TDs) were both called back due to penalties. He's producing on a very bad team with a backup sub-optimal QB.
My point: I feel like you could get a better return.

I can see arguments for both sides so it must to fair...But, I would put him on the block ( like mentioned above ) and see what else comes in. A playoff team would love to have Robinson on their team right now.

I was able to flip Jrob and my projected late 1st (currently the 2 seed)for Zeke and pollard. So you can get something better than Diontae imo.
