Hasty, Dillion droppable?

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Hasty, Dillion droppable?

Postby gpaok » Sat Nov 14, 2020 6:21 am

For the last few weeks SF has been all over the place at RB, but it looks like Hasty has not grabbed the opportunity he had to have a roll. What is everyone doing with him? He seems droppable or am I too impatient? Have IR players coming back and am hurting for space.

Same with Dillion, he has not been given a full blown chance like Hasty, but he seemed pedestrian with any carries he has received.

To contrast them Deejay Dallas was in the same bin but has shown a lot more.

Would you keep them over Sony Michel or more promising players like Irv Smith Jr.?

Absolutely hold Dillon. Of all the names you listed, I would rank them:
Dillon
Hasty
Sony
Smith Jr
Dallas

Dillion is a definite hold until Aaron Jones contract situation plays out and is a nice stash. I much prefer Smith Jr over Hasty and Michel.

Your team is stacked!

Certainly do not drop Dillion whatever happens. He could be in a great spot next season.

Dallas got lucky that the three other RBs were injured. I am not sure he will the answer in Seattle.

I disagree and I don't even think that Hasty has had an opportunity. He has looked good in the flashes he had but the future is very murky.

Can you not just trade Brees for picks? Do you really need him with the three other studs you have?

Have not been able to trade Brees for 2 years now. My league is rough when it comes to trades unless you overpay :( but never hurts to try one more time :) what value would you look for?

Hasty is actually my first drop from that list. He's got the lowest yards after contact of San Frans 5 rbs theyve used. Outside of the Patriot game, he's done little to impress me.

Irv I'm keeping over all the rest of them and its not really close for me.

Does noone think that Carson will be gone next year with Hyde and Deejay will be the top RB? Thought they like him a lot in Seattle!

AJ Dillon has above a 4 ypc and from what I’ve seen PFF has been grading him very highly on the few carries he’s been getting. Not sure why you think he hasn’t looked good.

JaMycal Hasty has a broken collarbone and is out for the rest of the season. So I think it is fair to say everyone should just drop him and move on at this point, right?
