I offered to send Joe Mixon for Diontae Johnson+2021 1st (currently sitting as a mid round pick)
He countered with Diontae Johnson+2021 1st and I send Mixon+2021 4th+5th and 2021 3rd.
He didn't decline my offer which I think is a fair offer for both sides but I feel that I am giving more value overall with his counter offer..
Should I take his offer or decline his and see if he accepts the original offer.

I don’t like it. You shouldn’t pay anything on top of Mixon. I’d pass. Besides, I think you could do better than Dionte.

As a Bengals fan who drafted Mixon at 1.01 for the orphan i took over that year, this year broke me. I moved him for less than what you’d be getting here and I don’t regret it.
