Better Dynasty Add - Gabriel Davis or Jakobi Meyers?

I have one last spot on my roster that I can fill and both Gabriel Davis and Jakobi Meyers are available off waivers this week. Which of the two would you say has the better long range dynasty value and appeal?

I'm more looking for upside and long term appeal and not necessarily immediate value as I'm already pretty deep at the WR position and not in need of instant help. Thanks.

Davis. NE could look completely different next year if they don't bring Cam back. Think Davis makes the safer bench player, especially if Brown ends up somewhere else at some point in the near future.

Davis. He is tied to a nice offense moving forward and has big upside.

This is a good question. Both have big hurdles. Davis has a cap to his ceiling at being the #2 behind Diggs - and could be that by next year. He isn't passing Diggs, but Buff is showing that multiple receivers can produce solid fantasy stats in that offense.

Meyers has a ceiling of being the Edelman replacement in the offense - something a NE offense has always had in the Bellichick era. He is not guaranteed that role, but that is his ceiling. He is producing solidly in a very low volume pass offense - so there is room for expansion. There is no talent on the level of Diggs blocking him at the moment.

Davis is a safer bet on a better offense.
Meyers has a higher ceiling IMHO, but also a greater chance of disappearing.

I would choose Davis to be the safer bet. He is the likeliest winner long term. But personally, and this is only a hunch, I'm gambling on Meyers.

David has a legit shot to be the number 2. Meyers has a legit shot of being on a total dumpster fire for the next couple years
