Claypool shores up your WR's a bit and I think you can afford to make this deal with your RB depth for the long term value.

I really don't mind either side of the trade. Carson is tough to project ROS if Penny returns.

Depends on what you need more. Seems pretty fair either way. You have decent depth on both WR/RB. I might lean Claypool here.
