Chubb vs Dobbins

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

I send: Chubb & Edwards
I receive: Dobbins, Z. Moss, & 2021 3rd

I still don’t love it. Was thinking of countering:

I send: Chubb, Edwards & 2021 2nd
I receive: Dobbins, Z. Moss, & 2021 1st

I feel like if I can’t get the counter above, it’s not worth it as I’m paying top dollar for Dobbins assuming he’s going to get the Chubbs level soon. Thoughts? Being greedy?
I'm still not crazy with the counter as currently constructed. The 1st would need to be early and I dont think you need to include Edwards or certainly not a 2nd. As a contender, I would still roll Chubb who is a great asset now and moving forward.

This is dynasty. Dobbins is more valuable than Chubb. Anything you get on top would be free. That said, if he’s coming to you, it doesn’t hurt to try to get a little more. I’d try to take Edwards and the 3rd out of the deal. Dobbins & Moss for Chubb would be a really nice return.
Both are 12-team 1QB PPR dynasties

🦬PRIME🦬
QB: Hurts, Howell
RB: Mixon, Jones, Sanders, Dobbins, Akers, Roschon, Dowdle, Kelley
WR: Nuk, Godwin, Cooper, Lockett, Flowers, Chark, Collins, Hollins, Tillman, Tolbert
TE: Hockenson, Chig, Trautman
Taxi: Willis, Z. White, M. Mims, T. Palmer

Hull Awaits
$450 cap, 60 contract years

QB: Lawrence $5/3, Richardson $5/5, Minshew $1/0, Jones $1/0, Heinicke $1/0, Tyrod $1/0
RB: Achane $4/4, Warren $2/4, Roschon $7/5, Dillon $4/1, Hubbard $2/1, Kelley $1/0
WR: Nuk $78/1, MT $25/1, M. Williams $1/0, JSN $21/5, Reed $4/5, Rice $4/5, M. Wilson $2/5
TE: Thomas $1/0, Hill $1/0, Parham $1/0

How so? If you are going to trade a top 4-5 back in dynasty for a rb that has shown little expect a few big plays I would love to join your league. That is a crazy evaluation on a perennial rb talent.

12 Team PPR| 1QB, 2RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 Super Flex, 2 WRT | 25 Roster | 4 Taxi

QB: Stroud, Murray, Jimmy G
RB: Walker, Bijan Robinson, Pacheco, Charbonnet, Spiller, Abanikanda, Hull
WR: Dell, M. Brown, Smith-Njigba, Downs, Ross, C. Jones, Austin, Palmer
TE: Laporta, McBride, Woods, Turner, Parham
PS:
IR:
'24 Picks: 1.02, 2.12, 3.02, 5.06
'25 Picks: 2nd, (2) 3rds, (2) 4th, 5th

X2 chubb is still 24, while he's not young anymore he's by no means old and has shown the ability to be a top 10 rb even in a full blown timeshare. Dobbins has not

If we take away all of Dobbins' carries and catches he looks pretty bad. Not worth a 1st for sure.

If we give Nick Chubb all of Dalvin Cook's touchdowns and half of Herbert's passing yards then it's not even close.

I we put all of Nick Chubb's touchdowns in a pot and mix them with Jerry Rice's career stats then we've got a stew, baby!
